UCL’s on-line EMBA includes an immersive week in London during the first year and a fieldwork week in the second year in the USA. It offers greater flexibility than the full/part-time MBA Health programme which may suit individuals at different stages of their careers.

An on-line induction – with the help of a professional assessment and development consultant to accelerate your personal development journey, enabling you to shape your EMBA experience while transforming your leadership style and career.
Programme delivery - four specific business discipline focused blocks where topics come to life with discussions on real-world scenarios and case studies facilitated by health care and management experts.
One annual in-person fieldwork visit per year. The first study week is in London and takes you on a deep dive into the NHS, private and charitable health care spaces. The second immersive in-person week is a field study visit for the group projects on healthcare systems in the USA.
Both in-person weeks include site visits, lectures, case studies, and valuable opportunities to collaborate and network.
The opportunity to have an individualised consultancy experience in the health sector while also learning to work in a diverse team on a health idea through the Health Consultant Project and Global Health Research Project.
Throughout the programme, you’ll also receive one-to-one and group career coaching, leadership development and networking opportunities.
