STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP CERTIFICATE PROGRAMME FOR HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS - CMI LEVEL 7
COURSE OVERVIEW
This Level 7 leadership development programme is delivered by experienced senior leaders and executive coaches who bring the training to life with a wealth of real-world case studies and stories.
The programme is accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and participants have the option to attend the programme without accreditation or to elect to undertake the post-course assessment and attain the internationally recognised qualification.
Whether learners choose the accredited route or not the programme is delivered across three consecutive days followed by three group coaching / action learning sessions which are designed to support participants to undertake effective reflection and embed the learning from the taught element into their organisational context.

Our approach to delivery is different from other providers. Our programme is structured as 3 classroom / virtual classroom-based days followed by individual and group leadership development coaching and facilitated action-learning sets throughout the following 9-months. This approach allows learning to translate into meaningful strategic change in the client’s organisation as well as supporting their personal transformational journey through access to world class leadership coaching. Learners also have access to a sophisticated Ed-Tech system where they can find a range of supporting resources as well as a leading leadership profiling tool.

CMI Level 7 is designed for senior managers within an organisation and those making strategic-level decisions. This CMI qualification is specifically designed for those in (or aspiring to be in) positions such as: Senior Manager.
TRAINING OUTCOMES
Accreditation
Upon completion of this course, you will be required to complete 3 assignments to secure the CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice. The Chartered Management Institute Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership gives you a broader knowledge of effective management skills while focusing on the specific management areas appropriate to you and your workplace.
Accreditation Support
Participants choosing to attain the CMI qualification will attend a 2-hour induction event which explains the process for attaining the qualification and the accreditation standards. They will be further supported by regular tutorial sessions, supporting resources and comprehensive formative and summative assessment and feedback processes.
