Someone who is obsessed with driving innovation, empowering a highly driven team to drive a higher standard of care. I am currently searching for a CTO to lead the R&D efforts for a surgical robotics company which has a unique vision for their business. You will be leading a 600 strong R&D force that are producing some of the most cutting-edge tech that is being implemented into surgical robots think AI, ML, 5G, Connected OR. The company have started to make inroads globally and have a system passed through FDA approval with many innovations pipelined. You will be responsible for “exploring and shaping the era of intelligent robotic surgery”.

The company are launched from a global MedTech and have some great partners that have accelerated their development. They have successfully raised a colossal amount in finance, that means you have capital to develop the way you want to.

Requirements

• Demonstrated Success building engineering teams

• Demonstrated Success building robotic systems

• PhD in a Robotic Fields
