Accredited by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) the programme is delivered in two modules, each of three days duration.

TRAINING OUTCOMES
Accreditation Process Once you have completed the two modules and are ready to start your assignments, you will be registered with the ILM and will have up to three years to complete the three mandatory assignments. We are always there at the end of the phone if you have any queries regarding your assignments. Once the taught element of the programme concludes learner support continues through regular tutorials and coaching supervision sessions until such a time as the qualification standard is met and gains accreditation.
